Primiar Automobile Ltd. is a mainly making Car in Mumbai factory and in Pune they have two Division

• Machine shop for Car spare
• Machine Tool Division(MTD)

• Electronic Section
• Maintenance Section

  When I was joined Primiar. I have been asked to work with Elecrical Department is known as Control panel department, where control panel assembly was done by Electrician and trainees like me. Six month I was worked for Electrial Section.

  I was involved various activities in this department like

  • Inspection of wired control panel as per drawing.
  • Control Panel assembly for CNC machine.
  • Calibration for axis of CNC machine.
  • Control Panel testing.
  • Fault finding of control panel.
  • Documentation of related work.
  
  
• Electronics Section

  PLC (Programable Logic Contorl) is heart of CNC machine, PLC was assembled and tested there itself and then it was mounted on CNC machine.

  I was involved in different work here like

  • PLC cards assembly
  • Testing PLC cards by using standred jig
  • Fault finding of PLC cards
  
  

• Maintenance Secion

  Mainly involved in maintenance work of CNC machine, which was assembled and kept under observation
